2. My problem ( as with many hotels these days) is that it did not have a minifridge that we could use - the one in the room was stocked with stuff for purchase.

6. I ordered room service for lunch, & there was a slight error in my order, but the problem was solved quickly; I had breakfast at the restaurant & the food was very good(the Club Sandwich & Fries from room service is insanely good & the Belgian Waffle was really tasty.

7. This would not be a problem had there been more people in front of me, but since I was the only one in the lobby and the staff member was standing in front of me chatting with her friends, I see this as a big problem.

9. Le Meridien was cheaper than the Westin but next time, we will stay at the Westin where we have never had a problem with staff attitude.
