1. The hotel still retains its newness feel, the basics were there in my unit, #843 - adequate lighting and power outlet locations, soft linens + pillows + bed, no plumbing issues, responsive central air, views of City Hall, and a few HD channels on TV.

2. Only issue was the elevators seemed to go out of service for a few moments, was waiting for quite a while to head down for checkout but called the hotel from my cell and they quickly had it remedied.

7. We had some annoying issues on check-in (make sure you bring a printed confirmation of your reservation) and with housekeeping, but the staff actively sought us out before we left to make sure we left happy with our stay.

8. I had called ahead because we have a cargo carrier on top of our car and was told that was no problem, they have valet parking and it would not be an issue.
