1. Turned our car in the night before our early morning flight and received shuttle service back to the Red Roof Inn without any problems.

3. The rude lady at the front said they never had any problems and reassured me everything would be fine, they have 24 hour security cameras that are monitored and you have to sign the wavier.

6. Only problem was on arrival in Seattle, the shuttle bus was actually placarded for the Holiday Inn, so she took a taxi to the hotel after trying to find the correct bus.
