3. Upon entering the room we were disappointed to see there was no duvet cover on the beds but instead the old style quilted bedspread sat on (and you can only imagine what else) by every guest.

4. When we arrived late (around 11:30PM, we were disappointed that the room we were given was a long distance from the elevator (my husband is handicapped and needs to use a cane).
