1. My only complaints would be the fact that there was only one washcloth per room, even if it had two beds.

2. My only complaint was the complimentary soap and shampoo - really didn't smell too good, kind of a Dollar Store feel and smell to it.

3. My only complaint would be the sheets and blankets - the sheets seemed pretty thin and had a worn feel to them, the blankets were obviously fairly low quality polyester.
