1. -The television inexplicably blocks out random stations with 'V-chip' alerts, which brings up a blue screen every time you try and watch that particular channel.

2. They have fixed it up, but it`s still a dump; the sink and towel rack supported with 2x4`s, cigarette burnt marks on the furniture and blanket, pervasive cigarette smell in the room, veneer chipping and falling off the furniture,etc.

3. When I went to that one, there was plaster chipping and falling off the wall at baseboard level.
