1. Overall the hotel is fine, but I'm afraid that I'll be looking for other lodgings for my next stay simply due to the noisy floors.

4. Crews were renovating the lobby and the elevator areas of each floor during our stay, which made it a bit noisy, but crews stopped working at a reasonable time.

5. When we stayed our final night in Seattle in room 308, the only issue we had was that the fridge was noisy and we were all woke up at 6am to the pounding of people on treadmills in the workout room which is close to that room.

8. They are a small staff and if you have a noisy neighbor all they can do is call that room and tell them to calm down.
