1. Yes and the lifts/elevators are very slow which was the source of some amusement to us but frustrating to other we met.

Other frustrations:- the area in front of the hotel that you must pass through in order to park your car is frequently blocked, leaving you waiting for upwards of ten minutes just to get into the parking garage at times- the internet connection is not reliable and wireless is not available in the roomsPlusses:- location is good- Starbucks nearby.
