1. Negatives - short walk to down (not really an issue for me) and restaurant.

4. This would all not have been a big issue if the staff would have been friendlier but they were short in responses and acting like nothing was their problem.

5. When we stayed our final night in Seattle in room 308, the only issue we had was that the fridge was noisy and we were all woke up at 6am to the pounding of people on treadmills in the workout room which is close to that room.

7. I had requested an upper level room with view, and being a Thursday night thought that should be no issue, but got a 2nd floor room with view of the next door building.
