1. After we settled that issue we were told that we had a view facing the ocean.

3. When checking out and asked if everything was to our satisfaction, I mentioned my issue and how it had caused me to have hardly any sleep, and rather than try to solve the problem the desk clerk just told me he would pass the message on to housekeeping.

4. There was no King bed available on the side away from highway but we were on the 30th floor facing southish, so I-5 is visible but noise isn't an issue.
