1. Workout room has much to be desired and is hard to find.

4. When checking out and asked if everything was to our satisfaction, I mentioned my issue and how it had caused me to have hardly any sleep, and rather than try to solve the problem the desk clerk just told me he would pass the message on to housekeeping.

5. Why do these large chain hotels charge for internet? We've stayed in many smaller hotels that offer free wifi and I find it hard to believe that larger hotels couldn't do the same.
