1. It's actually tough to pinpoint exactly how this hotel drove me to the point of rage - it's more of a 'straw that broke the camel's back' type situation.

2. Elevators broke and we were on 26th floor.

3. Needless to say the 2nd day our toilet exploded (yes, not just an overflow) and the 3rd the elevators broke with no ETA on a fix we were instructed to walk the 26 flights of stairs to our room.
