3. The towels are thin & rough to the touch which may have added to the problem caused by the complimentary toiletries, we both broke out in red splotches.

4. We were up on the 24th floor, so street noise was not a problem at all.

5. Upon arrival we were 'upgraded' to the living/dining area of a suite with rollaway beds instead of the bedrooms which were booked to other people as regular rooms We had a problem with a lot of noise coming through the locked adjoining doors.
