1. I was told that they could remedy the mistake for the following night, but for the first night, after traveling for 16 hours to get to the hotel, I was out of luck.

5. Door was knocked when the staff tried to deliver a bathrobe to me by mistake, so a bit fuzzy - the snacks available as part of "minibar" were out of date but wouldn't have had them anyway so didn't really mind though it gives a bad impression somewhat.

7. The only thing I could possibly complain about, is that I was given incorrect directions from a hotel staffer which I believe was an honest mistake.

9. I had to stay at this hotel for two weeks for my job and the hotel was wonderful, the se\rvice was great the only mistake was one day the room was not clean when I returned that afternoon but the service desk quickly fix that error and offered my a free movie.
