1. The only downside is that the latter facilities are in the Pike Tower and I was staying in the Union Tower.

4. The only downside was that we originally chose this hotel because of the heated pool since that would be the highlight for the kids.

5. Only downside I can think of is that the walls are a little thin-we had some loud neighbors one night but when they got too loud, we ended up calling the front desk and I'm assuming they called the room, since they quieted down.

10. The only other downside is that the cleaning staff like to start cleaning rooms early and I had been woken up at around 8:00 AM on a weekend for cleaning.
