1. This visit, we booked our room for 4 nights through the Victoria Clipper, the ferry from Victoria to Seattle and were quite disappointed by a very small room (which loses a large corner to the stairwell just behind it), the lack of an in-room coffee maker, and other small service issues.

2. The faucet was strangely lacking in flow, and I was relieved that this wasn't the case for the shower.

3. The only things we felt lacking were a couple of small amenities - a small coffee maker and a perhaps a microwave; these would definitely help.

4. We love our stay at the hotel except the room was a tad bit small and the fitness center lack some to be desired.

5. Difficult to consider this hotel 4-star because of the small lobby and lack of a swimming pool.

6. I found it strange that the room lacked a refrigerator, coffee maker, and chest-of-drawers when there was ample enough room for them all.

7. the only down sides were the dreary view of the back alley from my window and the lack of a gym (although the female demographic they cater to probably don’t care since they have a spa).
"ahh, comfort " Read full review on Expedia   5/20/2009 Vote
8. Perfect for business travelers and couples, but I found it a bit lacking for families, kids will be bored.

9. Storage for clothes is sorely lacking, with more room given to the fridge full of stuff that costs more than you care.

10. Bottom line: In spite of the lack of storage I like the hotel a lot and am glad I stayed there.
