1. So that was a rather small issue but like I said, having traveled a lot my idea of what's supposed to happen at a hotel is obviously very different than this particular locale.

8. Uniformly helpful staff who helped with a medical situation, restaurant pointers, and responded quickly to minor issues, like decaf coffee for the room.
