I'm not sure what the decorating scheme would be called, but it's warm and comfortable as opposed to a lot of the trendy places with

surfaces and mod colors.

Add to all that, having your own private goldfish for local flavor, furnished umbrella, the occasional pet sighting in the lobby, and it just seems very
