1. We did have a slight problem with our reservation, but this was resolved beyond our expectations immediately and graciously.

2. Other reviews had noted problems with the street noise but the sound proof windows blocked most of the noise with exception of police/fire sirens (but that had happened maybe twice during our 3 day stay).

4. Flexibility - I ordered a room for 5 nights and had to cancel the first night on short notice and they did that without a problem.

5. the onlky problem we had was that we got back to our room at 4:30pm after a day of sightseeing in a heatwave of 90F ready to relax and rest only to find that the room had not been made up.

7. 25 per senior adult, takes 30 minutes, no traffic problems; this service at the Monorail station, take elevator to the LL below street level, very helpful people in using this service, is only 3 blocks from the Hotel.
