1. We haven't had any issue with noise and I'm an extremely light sleeper.

3. The only issue I had can be siad of all the hotels in downtown Seatlle - it can feel a bit unsafe on some streets if you come home late.

8. We prefer to walk around the neighbourhoods, to really get a feel for the places we are visiting, and we walked to and from the Space Needle in the evening after dark, with no issues at all.

9. The staff is well trained, and they respond to any issue with professionalism and a sincere demeanor that just makes you feel good about spending money to sleep.

10. You would expect this from a good hotel, but, when we came back three weeks later, not only did we get the upgraded room, there was also a message from the manager waiting for us, thanking us for letting them know about the issue.
