2. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and the only slight gripe I have is on one of the days housekeeping instead of changing one of the dirty towels left on the floor just folded it and hang it up again but this was resolved within 5 minutes of me calling housekeeping.

3. There was no DVD player available (standard in most suites, in our experience), the TV in the sitting area was not aligned with the sofa or any other seating (very awkward to watch), and the glasses provided for water & wine were dirty.
