1. The hotel was fully booked and the breakfast lounge crowded and noisy, so we opted to take our food back to our room on several mornings.

So will someone please tell me why the hell I have to run the NOISY air conditioning at full tilt to keep the temperature DOWN in the room??And while we're at it, can someone please explain the mysterious invisible barrier that prevents the cool air from passing from the living area into the bed area? Living area is colder than the refrigerator, while the bed area is roasting.

3. Great parking (handicapped) free shuttle~ even better cost was a little much for the amount of time we were actually there though~overlooked Lake Union, but was on a very busy street which was quite noisy.

4. Relatively inexpensive, but being in an old building has definite drawbacks -- pay to park, noisy on lower floors, and tight quarters, especially.
