1. unfortunately, the windows facing busy night time street have not been upgraded and provided absolutely no acoustic respite from loud ongoing traffic, drinking crowd, or street people yelling all through the night.

2. The hotel has a nice 'roof top' deck, which unfortunately it was too cold for us to really use when we were there.

6. A bus stop outside the door unfortunately precludes bringing a car right to the door, but a parking lot on level ground is just a block away, and might suit for setting down or picking up a wheelchair-using passenger.
