4. One very small complaint worth mentioning is that 'Post Alley' can get a little rowdy on the weekends so light sleepers could have an issue with some late night/early morning noise if your visit is close to the weekend.

5. We arrived at the hotel much earlier than check in time but this wasn't an issue, although our room wasn't quite ready, the receptionist took our mobile number & promised to call us as soon as the room became available, the concierge took care of our luggage and that left us free to stretch our legs, explore and grab a coffee after enduring a 10 hour flight to Seattle.

7. Despite the fact that the location is in a busy neighborhood, the noise factor was remarkably not an issue, especially since we were on the second floor overlooking the street and stores.
"Small (boutique) hotel with decent room space but not worth the room rate per night. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/14/2011 Vote

9. Not a problem for me as I wear earplugs anyway (conditioned by years of city living) but it has the potential to be an issue if you are a sensitive sleeper.
