The room we moved only had one bed and a couch so we took it and figured my mom and son could just sleep on the pull out bed, but the couch was in such poor condition it was unsafe to sleep on, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the springs that hold it together were missing or popped off, so she just slept on the couch cushions.

4. There were unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot (both in the morning and evening) and the front desk clerk agreed that it was probably unsafe to leave our belongings in the car overnight, so we had to empty out the car and drag it up a flight of stairs.
