1. The room we moved only had one bed and a couch so we took it and figured my mom and son could just sleep on the pull out bed, but the couch was in such poor condition it was unsafe to sleep on, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the springs that hold it together were missing or popped off, so she just slept on the couch cushions.

2. By the way on top of all the creepy happenings the beds are extremely uncomfortable and wrapped in plastic, the pool and hot tub are constantly overrun by trashy people and kids that are not even staying at the hotel nor have a membership to the athletic center.
