1. This was just because it was quiet and lack of people around not because of any bad element or dangers that I saw.

2. I did not feel the parking lot was dangerous, however from our room the parking lot was in back of the hotel and sort of isolated so as a female I did feel a little uneasy goign to the car alone, but had I parked out front and walked through the hotel it would have been fine.
