1. I was a bit concerned before we arrived because I had read some bad reviews, but none of it seemed to be true.

3. In terms of location - I was worried that since it was in Makena, that the drive would seem somewhat long, but it was MUCH more convenient than staying in Ka'anapali, and the drive was really not bad.

6. So we asked for another room, and we got a slightly better room, the carpet was still damp, but not as bad as the other one, and the smell was there too but only in the area outside of the bathroom.
