1. It may be rated two stars in terms of its decor (certainly nothing fancy, just the basics---but at least the towels are relatively soft and smell clean), but with its staff, convenience, and breakfast incentive, this is more along the lines of a 3.

3. The room had a balcony and the problem was that the neighbors next door were smoking in their balcony and the smoke and smell entered our room.
