4. Although it has a space cooler/AC, it's not large enough to cool the entire room (you'd have to stand in front of it) and when on max, too much condensation builds from the humidity and the thing leaks onto the balcony causing an annoying drip.

5. There's a parking nazi that was at first annoying (he made us repark when my husband parked partially on the white line (small spots) and wrote down our lisence plate - made us feel like we weren't guests, but then i was glad he was there in the end as he served as secuity as well and monitered who had parking passes and who didn't (plus).
