1. We thought it was just the music that was loud, but we can hear conversations in person AND on the phone.

3. The hotel is also removed via a skywalk from the casino, so thre isn't any loud 'ding-ding-ding' noises of slot machines or other casino noises in the hotel lobby area or in the rooms.
