1. The only negative comment i can make is that the concierge booked us a private car to drive us to Muir Woods at a cost of $240 for 3 hours including tip and taxes.

2. Most of the concierges were really great, but we had a couple of negative experiences with what may have been the same concierge, a female, who gave me wrong directions as I was waiting downtown for a house car pickup, and also when we requested a tailor, basically told us it couldn't be done.

3. My only rather minor negative would be that I had expected to have had a bath rather than just a shower in our room as this would have been more useful for our son - the shower cubicle was huge so there would have been plenty of space to accomodate a bath tub too.

5. Two small negatives: we did experience some noice from other apartments (like creaking doors, which would have been easy to prevent) and I was dissapointed that an apartment of this class does not have a tub in the bathroom, just a shower.
