1. There's something very reassuring about a provider who acknowledges when there's an issue, doesn't try to fudge it and then works overtime to make it right.

10. We were sent a dozen cupcakes and a bottle of wine for the issue but I feel if you were staying at the Ritz Carlton, they would have handled this issue with a better comp.
