1. My only minor complaint is that the walls are a bit thin and we could hear some door slamming and heavy footsteps and voices above us.

5. As the doorman saw us pull up, he quickly rushed outside and ushered the bikes into the lobby himself saving us from having to do the arduous task of locking the bikes ourselves after a long ride :)I didn't have a single complaint during the entire stay.

6. The only minor complaint would be that they are doing construction outside the windows, when they are closed you can't really notice it.

8. The minor complaints most guests agreed on, noise through their windows from the street or plaza, wanted more good small dining choices in that area, wifi would work in all rooms (ours did not)and that the hotel had its breakfast cafe open till 11pm.
