2. Construction work (in front AND back) closed down during the evening and night, so noise was not a problem.

3. The only downside of the property is that there is road construction in the front of the building and a new building going up in the lot to the rear--so noise was a minor problem.

5. The only negative on this visit was the air conditioning unit (and boy was it needed) The noise throughout the night would build up to sound like a frieght train coming into my room.
