1. I called the front desk to complain and the employee explained that they had received a couple of other complaints and that the guys had already been warned.

2. My only complaint about the hotel was that the outdoor hot tub area was pretty much in the parking lot, and the change room for it was a one person bathroom without lockers or even a bench.
