Whilst we found the service to be lacking during our first stay and addressed the issue with the management I wanted to write another review:Service has improved to be responsive and friendly, generously well appointed new rooms, above average complimentary 'quick' bfst - assuming the same level of service will be maintained HYATT Place will always have us as their guests the night before our departures during our summer and winter stays in beautiful Park City.

3. I am assuming that this was caused by the holiday weekend and lack of staff, but I would expect that Hyatt would keep their standards up at all times.

4. We stayed without our kids this time, and I'm not sure if I would recommend this location for children simply because the pool area is lacking in size and ambiance, and the general feel in the hotel is modern and 'grown-up'.
