3. Staff was super friendly, room was very nice and valet parking super efficient - although a bit pricey at $29 per day (web site says $26).

We were concerned about the expense and convenience of parking but needn't have been - on street parking is available for blocks around and is free between 7pm and 8am so no pricey valet or overnight parking is necessary (Different hours at the weekend) so we managed to park right outside the hotel for nothing.
