The problem we did have with a

fridge was sorted within 20 minutes with a friendly engineer standing at our door with a new fridge in her hands.

Had corner king on tenth floor--definitely recommend an upper floor because I was still awakened by

streetcars.

When we booked, I asked for a room away from the elevators as we have found the elevator areas at this hotel to be particularly

Hotel is located on the north end of downtown without being so busy (we stayed right in heart of downtown before and was immediately

on exiting door onto the street).
