s began at check in when the person at the front desk couldn't find our payment information (the rooms were prepaid), so it took 15-20 minutes to check in even though we were the only ones in the lobby.

with hot water on the first morning of our stay, but we had a word with the front desk and true to their word they fixed it for us.
