1. This was more an issue here than at other locations as the bathroom wasn't really heated and there were wicked tall ceilings.

4. we were out of room for less than two hours on our return our room had been accessed by hotel pass key issued to housekeeping and laptop and credit card had been taken,we know it was hotel pass key because the thief dropped two of them on the floor by the bed .

5. The value, location, and general coolness of the hotel more than made up for this minor issue- plus I am not a needy traveller so my interaction with the front desk is usually minimal.

8. I called to report the issue to the front desk, who said that on the 2nd floor there are sometimes problems with the hot water but I should just let it run for about 15 minutes.

9. While it does have some nice features I also had many issues with the hotel that made my stay less than satisfactory.
