8. Problems with aircon in the room, once the room had dropped below or above a certain temperature, there was a big blast and noise from the aircon unit which woke us up a couple of times every night without fail.

9. We got a room next to an engine/electricity room, and combined with the aircon directly outside the door, we asked to change room after one night due to the noise.

10. We did end up calling back because even though the people were trying to be quiet there were about 4 people in the room so the noise was coming through the shared door regardless.
