1. As far as location goes, I'm a walker and the distance to the honky tonks on Broadway (about a mile and a half) and Vanderbilt University in the opposite direction (just over one mile) was not an issue for me.

8. I know another reviewer found the card lighting sensor annoying, but not only did I appreciate its environmental friendliness, there was never an issue of, 'Did someone remember the key?' Simply, you enter your room, stick your card key in the light sensor and you can turn your lights on.

10. Our only (very small) issue was noise-- the walls felt a bit thin, but our neighbors quieted down by the time we did so we never told the front desk.
