1. Sadly the nice pool area was too noisy as they're building an apartment block 10m away from it but, once that's ended, it'll be a good area to relax in.

3. Parking is limited, specially on fri/sat (could get a bit crazy and noisy).

9. Our room faced the street which was a little noisy at night, but that will be the case in any South Beach hotel with rooms facing the street.
