1. Pool was always clean, except for one day when the winds were bad & debris from the surrounding trees fell in.

2. bad: the AC froze and needed to be replaced (luckily, was done shortly after complaint), TV wasn't clear (too much static), pool wasn't very maintained, food was not available 24/7 (only for breakfast and lunch).
