3. My only problem with this hotel was the valet staff and their inefficient system, I understand the valet/parking service is not part of the hotel and offered through a different service.

4. When I called to the front desk to have the charges removed anyway (and told them about my problem) the person asked for my computer problem 'reference' number so she could confirm that we really had a problem.

9. this time we decided to report it and request a tech to take a look, they sent someone up and he fixed it with in minutes sharing the reason for the problem and apologized for the inconvenience.
