1. The only small issue I had was the mattress pad slid around a bit and I never could get it to settle into one spot.

5. The Hotel had an electrical issue where they had to move us from one tower to the other as a safety precaution and it was handled very promptly, and very Profesional, when we go back my wife and I would stay there again.

8. I had an issue with my room after checking in and although there were a lot of unregistered guests in line waiting, the front desk manager Lavone was quick and professional to resolve my room issues.
