1. Need I say more?In summary, these hotels are staffed with friendly (if slightly uninformed people) that are doing the best the can with poor management overseeing them.

3. The rooms were quite nice, the fitness facility was amazing, and the location to the Inner Harbor and other attractions was better than we expected from the poor mapping.

4. Our most recent return visit showed many changes--large staff turnover, rooms had stained cushions and food offered with the room charge was very poor quality--all with a significant price hike.

8. Then the kitchen, sm - but, decent was off to the right and opened up into LR - couch, chair, desk, plasma TV (this was a big negative - nice TV set - very poor reception.

9. Parking is quite convenient and accessible through an elevator in the lobby so in case of poor weather you can get to/from your vehicle without event.
