2. They said they were overbooked and they we were assured only of a room, I think our late check in had something to do with it, so I can't recommended this Hotel because you don't know what your going to recieve.

A woman called me this week from the hotel and very nicely told me that even though I made my reservation about 4 months ago and even though I have a reservation number and am a member of the Hilton HHonors program, my reservation cannot be 'hhonored', because they overbooked and I, in fact, do NOT have a reservation it seems, at the hotel that I made a reservation at so long ago.
