1. I wouldn't go so far as to call the room dirty, but I hope Hilton puts this property on the update list (couple of stains on couch, tired wallpaper).

5. Not so great things: dirty mattress pad left ON sleep sofa bed, I'm talking blood stains (fresh blood, not washed and stained), semen stains (I'm assuming), and some black dots that we were hoping were not bed bugs.
